Hey! I’m Robert Stasz, a seasoned VFX & Animation Producer with over two decades of experience across film, TV, and advertising. My journey began at the Film and Television Academy in Warsaw and the Krzysztof Kieślowski Film School, where I honed my passion for cinematic storytelling. Over the years, I’ve collaborated with studios like Badi Badi, Stage2, Lunapark Motion Arts Collective, DI Factory, and Platige Image — spearheading VFX projects and CG cinematic trailers from initial bidding to final delivery.
Whether it’s the Oscar-winning Ida, the acclaimed Cold War, or the Netflix series 1983, I’ve been privileged to contribute to award-winning productions. I’m equally proud of my work on AAA game cinematics for Call of Duty and Dying Light 2. Throughout each project, I strive to be thorough, observant, and positive - leading post-production teams with a strong focus on problem-solving and attention to detail. I believe that treating collaborators with kindness and respect is not only good business but also essential to crafting outstanding visuals.
As a member of the Visual Effects Society, I stay on the cutting edge of industry trends and best practices, ensuring that every shot meets the highest standards. I’m also a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance, which helps me guide cross-functional teams efficiently and deliver high-quality results on time.
